Short reckonings make long friends!

Prices are intended per person per day, for a minimum stay of 3 nights. A surcharge of € 15.00 per person and day will be charged for stays less than 3 nights.
Local tax 3,10 € per-guest and per-overnight-stay basis. Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from levy. The local tax is payable upon departure and is listed separately on the invoice.
Reduction for dinners that are not eaten: € 10.
We accept payment by cash (limited cash payment in accordance with Italian regulations - max € 5.000.-) or the following credit cards: Eurocard, Visa or Master.
On the arrival day rooms are available from 2 pm.
Please let us know if you will be arriving after 7 pm.
On the departure day please leave the room before 11 am.
Cancellation conditions: the right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code (notification pursuant to Part III, Section III, Paragraph I of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, Consumers' Code) is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal: no charge if the cancellation is received more than one month before arrival. For a shorter cancellation or early departure we charge a cancellation fee of 70% of the total amount.
Deposit: the deposit is used to secure a reservation and will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
Our vouchers have a validity of 1 year. Cash redemption of the voucher is not possible.
